I was on the phone with Piolo on July 15,2022 for about 48 minutes and he refused to change my date. I explained that I had contacted +529988833143. They had informed me that my date was changed all I had to do was contact Viator and informed them for a new booking reference #. Piolo placed me on hold 9 times, I continued to ask for his supervisors name and email or direct number. At the end Piolo stated he didn’t understand stand me and hung up on me. This is my rating for Piolo. After Pio hung up on me, I called back I was on the phone with Piolo on July 15,2022 for about 48 minutes and he refused to change my date. I explained that I had contacted +529988833143. They had informed me that my date was changed all I had to do was contact Viator and informed them for a new booking reference #. This rating was based on my interactions with Piolo, I called back and spoke with Eunice. I asked her if I could speak with a supervisor she asked if she could help me. I shared my situation with Eunice she confirmed with notes that were left behind and was able to reach out to confirm that my date was changed and provided me a new booking reference #. I would encourage you to promote Eunice. Also to have your associates work alongside Eunice for developing your team on the importance of customer service. She definitely allowed myself and my family to have an Amazing Vacation. There would have been a huge void in our trip if were not for Eunice. Thank you for having someone like Eunice on your team who goes above and beyond.

Was all fun, but the entry. I bought tickets from Viator that said they included lunch and entry to the night show for 114 usd but when we got to the pack they said they did not include lunch even though the website said they did so I had to pay an additional 40 usd per person to get lunch. I though I got a bargain but I did not so I am upset. ZXcarat was fun though but buy waterproof in advance since it is 33usd inside park

Recommend this experience. It is a little bit too price, but it do worth the experience, especially the river activity. We go by the safest river, which is kinda easy but not as much fan as others. We did not do the beach activity, the water looks good and comparible with Hawaii, much better than Playacar where we stay (which is full of the sea grasses and cant see anything). The show at night is good but not as good as other reviews mentioned. It is a bit lack of context for foreign travelers, maybe due to we are very lack of related knowledge of mexican history. (We probably not going to visit very soon again, especially due to its price. Stay on their hotel would be another option )

If you get the chance, go to Xcaret! And you MUST stay for the big show at the end, it's so beautifully done! It was so relaxing to just go down the rivers with gorgeous clear water around you and great views above you. The lunch buffet had so much variety and the service was top notch! We ate with an amazing ocean view.

Family fun at xcaret.

I was traveling with my wife and 2 year old son. Everyone enjoyed themselves. The park is well paved, so bringing a stroller was not a problem. The bird exhibit was neat with a large area and waterfalls and bridges to cross. Snorkel are was fun to see different fishes and even a turtle! We ate lunch at one of the restaurants on the ocean with a second floor view and food was delicious.

The night's show was spectacular. So many different skits, songs, dances, and a lot of history. We also loved the floating through underground caves. Water was perfect. There was plenty to do there the rest of the day. Altogether, a wonderful day!
