Copenhagen Canal Tour - Exploring Hidden Gems

The crew were simply humble and down to earth. It ended up only being myself and another passenger but it it didn’t matter as we all talked. Instead of paying attention to the actual “gems” themselves we all just talked the whole way making it more memorable. I highly recommend them, Peter was the nicest and personable captain!

This was a wonderful tour! it's a small group of people so it's easy to get in and out of the boat as well as ask questions. It's a little bit less of a guided tour and more so of point out sites here and there, however the boat guide is able to answer most all questions you ask him/her. Would have loved to see even more! Really appreciate all the recommendations we received for what to do next during our stay while on this tour

Although we expected the weather to be cold, we were not prepared for the wet snow squall that occurred during our entire trip with Hey Captain. Our captain Emma made the most of a difficult situation, providing a covered canopy, hot drinks gratis, and plenty of blankets for her passengers while she remained exposed to all the elements while steering the boat. If I were to recommend this trip, even in good weather, I would suggest booking the one hour trip, which allows you to see the harbor as well as the obligatory Little Mermaid sculpture at the water's edge. The 2 hours entitled us to “tour” an abandoned WWII military base located on an island - not my idea of interesting.! However, both of my grandsons, 17 & 21 thought the entire trip was worthwhile despite the freezing, wet snow squall. Our trip was on March 30, 2022, and the weather that day, an anomaly.

Mateo is a friendly and informative guide Quickly became one of the group October’s weather is very unpredictable - but they had blankets to snuggle up in and a cover if needed from rain. Great experience :)

VERY friendly guy who sailed ⛵ our boat. He was very knowledgeable about the harbor. We saw some interesting things. We got to go onto an abandoned fort in the harbor.

Lovely boat tour with a small group unlike the overcrowded boats swarming the canals. I enjoyed the history and sights that were pointed out. Definitely worth the money. Mattias was a great guide and I highly recommend cruising through the canal with him. Seeing the Nazi Map at the fortress was very interesting and I would definitely book this tour if I were in the city again.

It was a nice addition to see areas that had not been covered in the standard tours. The guide was friendly and welcoming.

I was fortunate to have a private tour with Jonas - late in the season. Got to see the old city, newer neighborhoods and some out-of-the-way places. Some discussions of history and current conditions thrown in for good measure.

What a fun way to see Copenhagen. Our skipper was wonderful and fun and so easy going. She really gave a lot of information about what we were seeing and took us all around the harbor area. We really enjoyed the 2 hours.
