Our tour guide mostly stayed on his cellphone, and may have announced maybe 8 mansions on a two hour tour.

I read some bad ratings, but was hoping my experience will be better. No. I booked a trip for 4:30 to go with mom, who is 74. The next morning I received an email that our trip was rescheduled to 12:30, which is 4 hours earlier. It was not doable. Mom had doctors appointments at that time. I tried to call numerous times the number Viator provided - no luck. Long answering machine and absolutely no way to leave a message. I sent three emails asking to put us back to the time we purchased or reimburse us. No answer. We were charged for the services not provided whatsoever and there is absolutely no way to get in you h with this company. I think to write a report to consumer rights. This is a robbery. Take money and provide zero options to Erin touch with a merchant. Not fair. Not a real business. Mom is disappointed. I am upset. How can you reschedule a trip by 4 hours without asking a person if they can make it??

This was a terrible waste of money!!! On our side were only 2 houses. I thought maybe the boat would go back the same way so our side could see the other 3. No!! No points of interest were pointed out at all. The music was so loud we couldn’t even enjoy talking about the mansions we saw that were not celebrity homes. I wasted money we worked hard for!! Worked through the entire pandemic! I truly believe I deserve a refund. We paid $112 to take a regular uncomfortable boat ride and then be asked to tip people who did nothing!

This tour was absolutely amazing. The captain was amazing!!!!!!He made the boat ride fun and enjoyable. My husband and I will definitely go again when we are back in miami

The cruise was great. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The music was great and we all had a wonderful time. The only issue I experienced was finding the location of the booth.

It's anbokey tour. I think they should talk more about the area. I think I picked the wrong boat because I did not want the music all the time.

There was a 24 hour cancelation policy. We had an emergency. We couldn’t go. I messaged you and emailed you. The cruise company would not answer their phone. There was no way to leave a message. We tried the cruise company email, but it was returned as a bad email. We texted the cruise company and it was a bad number. We tried for 2 days. If I could give ZERO stars I would. The whole situation sucked. I spent hours of my vacation trying to deal with this I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. BTW, I was charged for the entire cruise 2 days before we were supposed to go. Over all, you suck. They suck. I’m pissed.
