Drive by the Villa Casa Casuarina, aka the Versace Mansion, the famous Art Deco District and much more. Enjoy lunch in Miami’s Little Havana neighborhood to wrap up the morning portion of the tour.

For the first part of the afternoon, head to Miami’s waterfront for a boat cruise along beautiful Biscayne Bay. See the view of Miami’s sun-splashed skyline, plus Fisher Island, Miami Beach, the Port of Miami's cruise ship and cargo districts and much more. Check out the high-rise hotels and condos plus the spectacular multi-million-dollar oceanfront homes that line Miami Beach. And don’t forget to look down into the crystal clear water for the exotic marine life, like manatees, dolphins, manta rays and more. Take a seat on the outer deck of the boat for a panoramic view or head downstairs to the enclosed, air-conditioned cabin. Soft drinks, beer, wine, cocktails, and snacks are available for purchase on board the boat.

Finally, it’s off to one of the most beautiful and unique places on earth—the Florida Everglades—for an exciting airboat adventure. After a short drive, take an airboat excursion through Everglades National Park. Skim along the grassy water while listening to fun facts and learning about the area’s subtropical ecosystem from the experienced captain. My favorite was the double decker tour thru the city. Learning the history and tgr people who represent the city of Miami. The tour guides did and excellent job of keeping everyones attention and detailing the history of Miami. The boat rides were great as well. My advice though is get there early to find parking

The tour bus ride was amazing ams so much fun! The boat ride an awesome and fun. Me and my husband had a great time. We didn’t get to go back on the Everglades Airboat due to the weather but maybe next time. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend people to experience these tours.

Rude service

The people in the check in are the rudest people ever. Then at the end they took us to the Everglades and once we were there they cancelled the trip.

Not worth it

Ok so we arrive at the location on time... the city tour was good.... took us around Miami and little Havana.... the tour guide said he was going to treat us to a mojito but that never happened .. though I found a spot that had great empanadas where we got off the bus..... the boat tour was cool they took a picture of you when you first arrive its 20 and they give it to you in a cute paper frame at the end .... on the boat you fill out what I thought was for your picture but it's a raffle for a "prize".... me and my husband's name was called and we thought we were getting like our pictures free but it was to go to a 90 minute session at a hotel about time share... and if you went you get a free trip... we declined of course for for 1 it had nothing to do with the tour like an incentive 2. Im on vacation not to sign up for a time share... so that was a waste of time and took away from my tour. I missed out on seeing and hearing about what I paid for instead I'm hearing about timeshares... so once we're off the boat we got turned around and couldn't find the spot to do the everglades and missed the bus... there is no one to guide you from the boat back to the bus but should be.... we get back to the office and they rescheduled us for the following day.. ok cool.. The next day we get there early again and its drizzling to say the least... yet we head an hr away from Miami Beach where our hotel was and we get to this abandoned alligator farm if that's what you wanna call it and hear about alligators for 15 min or so... as I said it was drizzling so I amongst every one else bought a poncho for the ride anticipating if it rained.... and once we did that I swear the tour guide was like were canceling the airboat ride until tomorrow... well I told him that doesn't work for me because we were to leave the next day and I already rearranged my day for the everglades... so that was around 4 we had to go to the mall because he had to pick up people unbeknownst to us all.... we were all mad... he said nothing could be done... well at that point I didn't want to be held against my will any longer.. so my husband and I took a lyft back which was $50. Being that it was our last day we didn't want to spend time which was already wasted on waiting for others to come from the mall... I was really irritated with that because I had Saturday planned we were supposed to ride Vespas throughout the beaches and meet up with my sister but the tour messed my day up.... and guess what ?! I couldn't talk to any one because the office closes before the tour ends and you have to wait the following day... well we leave at 7 am to go back home.... ultimately we never saw the ever or the glades..... and we just got a ride there and paid to come back. I want my money back for that.... the only good tour is the city tour! Just do 1....

I Loved This Day Tour!

The whole tour was great! It did not disappoint. The tour guides and bus drivers did an excellent job. Our tour guides were very knowledgeable and really highlighted great points of interest. Although there wasn't a lot of time, I enjoyed walking around Little Havana and was able to to drink a mojito and do some shopping. The cruise was very enjoyable, and that tour guide really informed and entertained us all. Regarding the airboat ride, it was great. I don't care much for reptiles and didn't go for the alligators. I went to see the beauty of Everglades. Our tour guide took us all over and I saw the beauty I wanted to see. And, yes, I did see some alligators (ugh!), which delighted others in the group. The only complaint I have is that there need to be a little bit more time between the different tours. But, overall, I really had a great time and would highly recommend this tour.

Purchased online but when o arrived they had no record of our purchase even though I had an email receipt. Changed itinerary order at the last minute. No time for lunch because of poor pick up drop off coordination due to changed itinerary. I honestly don't think they knew how many people they had booked. The airboat ride people at Sawgrass were expecting between 10-20 people. When we showed up with 57 they were a bit overwhelmed. When we got back to headquarters we were very late.. One bus driver argued with his other bus driver team mate and drove off early without all his passengers (us). We had to wait almost 2 hours to catch the next bus. Got to the bay boat ride and they were oversold. We were lucky to get a place on the boat. Others in our tour group were not so lucky. Not sure if Covid just threw this tour company for a loop or what, but we will not not book with them again.

I enjoyed 2/3rd of this trip
Sarah_A
, Sep 2021
I enjoyed 2 out the 3 locations on this trip. The first leg of the tour, on the bus, we toured Miami and Little Havana. The majority of the time spent in Little Havana was trying to get us to purchase from the local merchants (Gift shop, Cigar Shop, Clothing store and Mojito place). We were literally right next to Domino Park but the tour guide didn't even acknowledge it. He gave us very little history about the area and the people. We DID NOT "cruise down bustling Ocean Drive, the major thoroughfare in South Beach. Drive by the Villa Casa Casuarina, aka the Versace Mansion, the famous Art Deco District and much more. Enjoy lunch in Miami’s Little Havana neighborhood to wrap up the morning portion of the tour." The boat cruise was exactly as described and I enjoyed it very much. I also enjoyed the Everglades tour. This was my first time being on an Airboat and it was a lot of fun. We did get to see 2 gators and a turtle which was cool because these are wild animals and sometimes we may not see them. I also enjoyed the talk and seeing the other reptiles in the habitat.

Day of Driving Around
Mark_V
, Sep 2021
It was a jam packed day where we saw a lot of Miami, but without a lot of substance. The first part of the tour was mostly on the bus. We got off to take a photo with the Miami skyline, and then a half hour in Little Havana (which the free coffee is a teaspoon). The tour guide was knowledgable, but it felt more like a joyride than an in-depth tour so don't expect to go deep into any one part of Miami. The boat ride around Biscayne was nice, if only just for a pleasant afternoon on the water. The tour was mainly just to show who owns the mansions around the island. If that's you're thing, you'll have a nice time. Halfway through the boat tour, there was a raffle for vacations. Exciting! Except, once you "won," you were seated to discuss timeshares. There's always a catch! You're then taken on an hour long bus ride to the Everglades. Once there, you're taken on a airboat ride for about half an hour. It's not a tour. On our way back, we saw a couple of alligators which the driver called "the main attraction." We got off, and then were treated to a presentation about alligators. It felt like a scene out of Tiger King. All in all, you spend a day driving around, but don't expect to get a true sense of Miami
