I scheduled this like 2 weeks in advanced before my trip. On the day off I went and I only seen a sign saying “closed due to weather”. No one was at the place to inform anybody of this just the sign. The # that was given to call goes straight to VM. This was the worst customer service ever. I will never book with Viator I am still waiting for a full refund. ASAP do not book with them or you’ll be sorry you did!

Parasailing and tubing was so much fun. The check in process was a bit hectic. The check in staff was not very friendly. Make sure you know the price you pay online is not everything. When you get there there is a gas fee plus tax which was about $61 extra per person. Parking was not easy and being new to the area vacationing was scary with all my stuff in the car. The boat captain and his partner for parasailing were awesome and Jennifer was great too she helped with the tubing and flyboard.

No value using Viator, Miami Water Sports was fun

The experience of actually parasailing and tubing was good, booking it through Viator was wasted money. What I don't understand was that I paid Viator on line to book the experience. I forget how much, but what I paid was a considerable sum. I assumed at that price everything was bought and paid for. When I arrived at the pier and explained I was here for the parasail and tubing that I booked through Viator. They said I owed more money than what I already had paid to Viator on line. It almost seemed I was being double billed for the experience. I don't know if this is the arrangement, but to me it wasn't worth using Viator, because it just became an added expense. If I had just looked up Miami Water Sports, and arrived at the pier without Viator as some kind of middle man. The whole experience would have been about 50% cheaper. Let this be a cautionary tale to all who book events with Viator. What I paid for was the privilege of Viator to do what? I don't see what I gained by booking it through Viator. For me Viator added nothing to the experience. I leaned a valuable lesson, go directly to the source. The whole experience made me feel like I asked Viator, "what time is it?" Viator grabs my wrist, looks at my watch and says, "it's 8:30, and you owe us $120!"
