Our tour guide (I think his name was Marin) was the BEST tour guide we have ever experienced. His passion for the subject and his knowledge of the subject were incomparable. We had a walking history lesson about a very difficult subject and he made it great. Highest recommendations for this guide. He sets the standard for other guides to follow.

Me and my partner had such an historical experience and both felt very over come with emotion and knowledge. This was due to our tour guide. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable, as well as sensitive about the difficult issues at hand. I grew up learning about the Holocaust through Jewish day school and hebrew school, and learned a lot of new information on this tour that I had never heard before. The tour really broadened my understanding of what went on at concentration camps.

We booked this tour the night before and were pleasantly surprised to find we were 2 of a 4 person group which was great. Marcin our tour guide was so professional and knowledgeable. It was truly amazing to hear the stories and many facts of this part of history. I would highly recommend this tour.

I highly recommend the tour. Travel to and from the camp was seamless under the guidance of the guide. The guide was professional and very knowledgeable. He described the events of the camp in detail and gave a good background history into the events leading upto the establishment of the camp. The exhibits in the camp are well presented and give an insight to life in the camp for the prisoners.

Marcin was extremely helpful, knowledgable, and thorough. We gained so much more insight by taking this tour instead of a self-directed audio tour. Marcin was able to answer every question thoroughly and inspired us to research on our own even more since the tour. We were part of an English tour consisting of a small group of 12. The cost was very reasonable, and transportation on the trains and buses was included. It was a very emotional tour that i will always remember. I highly recommend it.

Group was large- tour lasted over 6.5 hours utilizing public transportation. Intro was in the subway station where the guide could not be heard. No place to sit or take a break- older/ physically challenged people dropped out. No time for snack/ lunch break. Did not have time to explore the religious memorials- only saw them from afar. Not satisfied, so we bought the book.

Marcin, our Dachau tour leader, was an outstanding tour guide. I felt like a Holocaust studies professor was giving us a tour, one who also has excellent organizational skills. Marcin not only possesses deep knowledge of Dachau's history but also shares stories he heard directly from Dachau survivors. Marcin sees his job as a mission to educate people about the Holocaust, he certainly inspired me to learn more.

This day trip was excellent. Our guide, Adam, had a deep knowledge of the camp system, the social and political context of this period in German history and enabled us to better understand the harsh conditions and suffering that occurred here and other similar places. Although there was as lot of walking this tour is a must for those visiting Munich.

My boys and I visited Munich and really wanted to see Dachau Concentration Camp. But being a first-timer to Germany I wasn’t sure I could get us there. The meeting place was easy to find, and transportation was great! I didn’t have to do anything but show up. Marcin was our guide. He is very knowledgeable and we found him to be very interesting. He is an excellent tour guide! Thank you for the amazing experience!
