We had a blast on this tour. From the beginning to the end it was fantastic. We were the only ones so we got a private tour with Juan. The bikes were in great condition and Juan was fun and professional. He was patient and answered my millions of questions about the Bahamas.
Every part of the tour I loved. Going to Tasty Teas was great and I bought lots of gifts, skincare products, jam, and teas. The passionfruit juice was refreshing. Hanging out at Fish Fry was awesome too. The conch fritters were yummy and my seafood wrap was amazing and fresh- prices were good. The rum distillery was fun, even though I'm not a big drinker, the pina colada sample was so good that I bought a bottle to bring home.
Overall, it was a great way to see the island, in a less touristy way. Juan and Mr. Majors were great, they truly felt like family. I look forward to going back to the Bahamas and seeing my new friends again.

This is actually my second time doing this tour. I loved it more! Juan is a great guide, friendly, full of info, willing to answer any questions. Bike riding was easy, the zoo was beautiful with lots to see. The tour of the fort was very cool the guide there was very knowledgeable. I would even do this again

A very pleasant day

My wife and I, along with another couple (friends of ours) enjoyed a few hours with Juan as he took us to a few interesting points of interest not too far from the port. We visited a small zoo and enjoyed the Flamingo march, to an old fort where we were given a short tour, and then to a local beach where they had several small bungalows that were restaurants where many of the locals go (the conch was outstanding). Juan is a super friendly and informative guy and he made sure we were all having a good time. It's a great way to spend a few hours on Nassau and do something different.

Having done a bike tour before not in the Bahamas, I guess I had high expectations!! Although I was the only person who booked the tour, which they could of cancelled, they still hosted me, which I appreciated. Juan picked me up and took me to the starting point along the way Juan gave me lots of information and answered all my questions. The bike was comfortable and easy to use, once you work out the brakes. Although the Zoo, Fort Charlotte and the Fish Fry were ok, I expected to cycle a lot more. Because of this, I think it was not worth the price and why I give it 3 stars. The Zoo I walked round in 30-minutes, and maybe 10 of those minutes was watching the 'famous' Flamingo March.

Overall my wife and I enjoyed the bike tour. Our guide Juan was wonderful. Very personable, friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. We visited a small but interesting animal habitat, Fort Charlotte and stopped for Conch fritters. Not hurried at all at the stops, you can take your time if you desire. We are easy going, but for those who may be picky here are some possible negatives. We were picked up at McDonalds in a jalopy and driven to the bikes. Not a very picturesque drive. Not much time is spent bike riding, as the stops are fairly close. Once again, thanks to Juan!!!!

TOUR OPERATOR COMMENT: Hello Philip, thank you for touring with us and taking the time to send us a complimentary review. We are glad to know that overall you and your wife liked our exciting and unique tour. I am sorry that our 2010 HONDA CIVIC, (even though not the current year vehicle, but still in fairly good condition) wasn't the luxury service that you may have been accustomed to. Nonetheless we were happy to have you and your wife touring with us. Thank you again for your patronage. We trust that you enjoyed your stay in The Bahamas, the vacation paradise!

Such an enjoyable bike tour!
Our guide Juan took us around Nassau down typical small roads, introducing us to the history and culture of the place. The bikes were in great condition and we communicated with Juan through radio. Transport to and from the hotel was provided. Worth every minute!

Great option for those that want to see all major Nassau sights in a bicycle tour let by local. We met our guide ONE may be spelled differently in McDonald's parking about 10 min walk from port - need to ask any local directions, very easy. There were just 2 of us in our group - so we ended up having private tour! First stop was local Zoo with flamingo show and bird feeding. Never saw flamingos so close! Next we went to Fort forgot the name - old fortress built by British to defend from French who never actually tried to capture this island. Since our tour was on Friday - we had a chance to see changing guards and witnessed cannon shot a kind of local tradition. Next we went to local beach and took a swim while our guide was patiently waiting on us on a shore And finally we had a stop at local food market to sample conch delicacies. Guide was knowledgeable and friendly, fun and easy to be around with. A tip for everyone: please take some cash with you for tips local ATMs charge 5 and more for cash withdrawals. Definitely worth taking this tour!

When you are tired of getting gouged by your tourist hotel ahem...Atlantis, you simply must take a little time and really see Nassau with this tour. Juan was our guide, and he shared a lot of interesting information along the way. He was very attentive and a fine host. Besides being a good guide, he was a pleasant man to talk with and shared freely about his life in Nassau. The choice of sites was great. They were good strategic choices for entertainment and explaining the history of what shaped the nation of the Bahamas. I even got to meet with Marcelle, who runs the company. He was also a wonderful man that made us feel welcome.
In case you are worried. The biking is mild and is usually in about 10 minute increments. There is one steep hill, but you walk the bike up the hill, and it isn't too physically challenging.
You can't say you visited the Bahamas if you just stay in your resort or on the cruise ship. Don't miss this enriching experience you will always cherish.

This was a very nice bike tour. The tour guide, Juan, was very knowledgeable and polite. The tour is easy, from a biking standpoint... only about 2 miles. You bike around and see a little, interesting zoo, the historic Fort and the fish fry. I would recommend this activity for families with children, who want to see a little of the island by bike. The bike is one speed, so don't expect to get a great deal of biking in... I recommended to the owner that Hybrid bikes with more active biking tours around the island would be a great way to see the area! All in all, this is a fun, enjoyable activity for those who don't do water sports like me:

The tour was great. Wuan was a great guide. Flamigoes were amazing, bikes in good conditions, conch fritters and area around really nice and learned a lot about the history. The earphones worked very well and unique to this tour. Would have liked to see more sites if possible around city
