Return Details

Returns to original departure point
Arrange for a pick-up or make your way to the Paradise Island Ferry Terminal to catch your boat to Rose Island.

Climb aboard while finding the perfect spot on board to watch the shoreline of Nassau recede as you sail away.

Upon arrival at Rose Island, choose from an array of activities. Simply find a sunny or shady place on the pristine beach to relax and read a book or take a nap. Sidle up to the beach bar and indulge in a drink or two while listening to some island rhythms (own expense). Don snorkel gear and take to the sea to explore the underwater world bustling with living coral and schools of brilliantly colored tropical fish. Stroll down the island's winding paths and wade in the tidal pools.

Your guide organizes group activities like beach volleyball and dizzy lizard, or you can rent a float or kayak. Sign up for a guided snorkeling tour or watch a fish-feeding show. All additional activities are at your own expense.

Sit down for a buffet lunch on the pavilion overlooking the gorgeous harbor. See a sample buffet lunch menu in the Itinerary section. Savor the local flavors, accompanied by complimentary lemonade and a fully stocked cash bar. Then, stretch out in a hammock under a palm tree or lounge on the palm-shaded deck.

At the end of your remote tropical island adventure, enjoy the cruise back to Nassau.

Wonderful experience a must do if you are staying in Nassau / Paradise island. Service is excellent a contrast with the poor service elsewhere around.

A nice day on a sunny beach

Short boat ride to a small island, nice weather. Went snorkeling, though the life vest around the waist is excessive safety for those that swim well, and snorkel regularly, the buoyant of us can’t get the fins in the water with the vests around our waists. The lead crew member chums the water with breadsticks to get the fish to appear. Snorkeling is pretty good. They had a bar just off the beach with a decent variety of drinks. The sand was soft, though there is rock exposed here and there on the beach. Shade, chairs and hammocks are all there for your relaxing needs. The pigs are much larger than expected, guessing 600 lbs each. You can pet them, feed them and even swim with them. The pigs are really only interested in the food, but are fun to watch and hang out with.

amazing day! the drinks and lunch were great, the staff was so friendly, the beach was beautiful, the pigs were so much fun and trained better than my own dogs. also loved that they had activities like cornhole and giant jenga! and the snorkeling was a good time but a little underwhelming. still couldn’t recommend more! such a great deal considering similar trips were twice as much

A fun day! But…

Overall, I really enjoyed this excursion. The fact that food and alcohol was included in the price is a major plus, especially considering how expensive Paradise Island is. The entire staff was so nice and welcoming! They wanted to make sure that you were having the best experience. On arrival, I was really concerned when I saw how many people were going on the excursion. However, once you get to the island, you couldn’t even tell that there were 88 people on this trip (yay!). The only downfall and reason for taking away a star, are the pigs- the main reason for the trip. There are only about 3-4 pigs that are corralled out every 30 minutes, and only to one specific spot on the island. This could just be me, but I was thinking that they were wild pigs that would just be swimming around the island (it’s not). As cute as they were, I will say that the interaction was a bit disappointing and not what I expected. Overall, I did very much enjoy my experience, though the pigs felt like more of an after thought than the main event.

Family snorkel

The beach and swimming in the ocean was amazing and the food and drinks were great. It was crowded when snorkeling and we didn't go very far, didn't see hardly any underwater life. I got kicked by other people's fins often because it was so crowded.
