Terrible onboarding experience

Ridiculous. We were told on our ticket to get to pier 3 for 6.45pm. At the boat entrance, we were told we needed to print our tickets at the office one pier down - this was not mentioned anywhere before so we did not know this. The people at the ticket office were SO RUDE to us and other customers behind us. They shouted at us for being late, then told us to go to the wrong pier! We had to return back to the ticket office to get the right ticket and were told to run to the other pier which MIGHT take us. I have sprained my knee so can’t run, but when I asked if they could call the boat to tell them we’re coming, they strongly refused. They were not empathetic or helpful and it was a stressful experience. The people at the right boat were very kind though and told us to relax and enjoy our evening, and had even seen my sisters run to the boat so they stopped the boat from leaving. On board, music was lovely and the food was pretty average.

Me and my boyfriend paid for the deluxe, you get a great range of drinks included and the service was very fast. Our seat was good but would have preferred to be right next to the window. The tables are quite close together felt like we were also on a date with the people next to us. You can explore the boat which is great and the live music was excellent. Overall great experience

The food was adequate but the ambiance was fantastic. The check-in process is slow so arrive early. This would be a 5 star experience if you could complete check in on your mobile device or al least assign you a boat ahead of time.

A great way to see the Vltava River

Our server, Barbara, was very attentive and all the staff insured we would have a wonderful time. Downside-we booked online and had to redeem our tickets to get on board. You needed to be at the ship about twenty minutes early to be able to get through the long line and then back to your ship. Upside- the Vltava river views were fantastic. The food was good and the service was great.

Grand Bohemian Boat. The food was very good. The wait staff very helpful the entertainment very good. The views more than memorable. However at the end we were rushed off the boat and in that moment I left a bag of products intended as gifts with a pair of prescription sunglasses next to our table. I have contacted the company several times trying to retrieve the bag and have not received any kind of response.

We went for the Deluxe package & our expectations were we would be served dinner at our table. Sadly we had to queue for the buffet which was just OK nothing extra special. If it is alcohol you want then plenty of that. The boat spent a lot of time stopped in the middle of the river not moving anywhere. In reality a very short overall journey.

The river cruise dinner is a must! First of all Prague is a breathtakingly beautiful city! So cruising down the valtava river ,enjoying a wonderful buffet dinner with your loved one or a group of friends, it's a win win situation. The staff were extremely organised and extremely sweet efficient and accommodating. Which made the whole experience excellent, the only thing I might have changed but I'm just really being picky, is that given the choice, I would have kept the live music as it was whilst everyone was eating. But then raised the rhythm to a fun Dancing beat for the last half hour. Otherwise everything was superb 👌

I paid for the premium seating. It was up front fully enclosed and hot. No A/C. After asking several times the A/C was turned on but was never cool. We moved to outside seating and it was better but I paid a premium for nothing.

After changing from Exclusive to Deluxe, Prague Boats had us listed as Exclusive (a lower cost). We had to raise the issue with 3 different staff before it was looked into and resolved. With no internet access, we could not open attachments, but fortunately did have the emails confirming the change.

Lovely scenery. The food wasnt hot enough but very tasty and the service was chaotic. People who have paid more for their seats should be served first and they should stop people going up 4 times before others have been once. The live singers were a bit pointless too because of the level of background noise from people talking and enjoying themselves. Having said all this it was still a lovely experience.
