Very knowledgeable tour guide, knew his material. Not a interactive or engaging with their material.
Also appeals are to shorten your sentence. While requesting a retrial can lead to a longer or harsher sentence. Even can shorten your sentence.

Canceled due to 98 degrees heat and a thunder and lightening storm before scheduled outing. Because cancellation was not 24 hours in advance, I was not reimbursed. That policy suck s, is unfair under the circumstances. I could not tolerate the heat in Savannah which was record breaking.

I am truly sorry that you did not manage to attend your tour. We did issue you a rain check.
By tour time the storm was over but had cooled the temperature down immensely.
Most tour companies do not issue refunds on the day of the tour so this is not an unusual policy.
Hopefully next time that you visit Savannah you will redeem your rain check, which is good in perpetuity and take the tour so you can review it honestly.

The tour was an overall great experience and worth the price. Every bar was unique and had so much character. The stories were well worth it as well. Erica was an amazing tour guide. There was so much history to tell and we are very pleased with the experience.

Really fun tour. Jackie had some awesome stories and she was a lot of fun. We missed our scheduled tour but Jackie accommodated us for a later one without hesitating. Great communication leading up to the tour as well. It's a really fun adventure. I highly recommend it.
