  • Our vehicles are not equipped with lifts or ramps. If a passenger has limited mobility our drivers can help them in/out of vehicles.
  • We don't have any restraints that strollers can be locked into. If they are collapsible (or even not) we request that travelers contact us to ensure they are in a large enough vehicle to accommodate strollers, wheelchairs and luggage.
  • Most travelers can participate
  • Animals are allowed whether they are service or just pets. We request that we are advised so that we can bring along a blanket if the animals aren't caged in order to protect the leather seats in the vehicles.
  • We have all 3 sizes of car seats (infant, child and booster). Please request in advance as we don't carry them in the vehicles unless needed because it would take up the luggage area. Once requested we put a note on the routing for the driver so they know they need to bring it along on the transfer.
  • This is a private tour/activity. Only your group will participate

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

How happy we were to see our driver (as promised) in the waiting area of the Vancouver airport. We had a had a long day with an early flight. He was there promptly, loaded us up, and took us to our hotel with interesting commentary along the way. I could not have asked for more.

Although our flight arrived over an hour late our driver was waiting with a smile and entbusism in abundance. Very informative on way to hotel and took time to give us advice on where / where not to venture. Genuinely nice courteous guy who takes great pride in his job.

After a long flight from New Jersey, going through Customs and baggage claim, it was nice having someone waiting for us to help with our luggage and get us quickly to our hotel. Our driver was friendly and informative. We used this service when travelling to Vancouver and find it very reliable.

Car was supposed to meet us at airport when we arrived at 1:00 am. No one was there so I called the company and was told they did not have my reservation & there was no one available to pick us up.

Please contact Viator for an explanation of your "no show". You made your booking for the wrong date. You booked your reservation for your date of departure of June 22nd 01:00 am rather than the date you arrived which was June 23rd. While you departed from New York on June 22nd, you arrived into Vancouver on June 23rd at 01:00 am. As per your reservation request, our driver was on site for your requested booking of June 22nd and was released at 02:30 am and paid accordingly. On June 23rd at 00:48 am, you called our office looking for your driver. I reviewed our reservations for that morning and advised we did not have a booking for you in our system for your name. You explained you had a voucher and wanted a vehicle. Unfortuantely, I did not have a driver available to come for you and recommended to take a taxi to avoid any further delay and contact Viator the following day to discuss the matter with them directly. We can only work with the information provided to us. The instructions on the voucher Viator provides recommends passengers contact us to confirm details 24 hours in advance of travel and this is usually sufficient to avoid these types of errors. Unfortunately, we were not contacted and our driver was on site for the date and time on the reservation request. I am sorry your experience at that early hour was upsetting but we can only work with the information we are provided.

Our driver met us right outside the luggage pickup, just where he was supposed too. He helped us to the car right outside and got us quickly to the hotel. I would definitely use this service again next time I’m in Vancouver.
