Practical makes perfect!

Interesting to see how the riders, as well as the houses are trained. They are at different levelet of experience. It was also interesting to learn that the younger houses are dark and their costs white as they age.

If they call this a trainingsession!!! The just ride the horses during one hour around in the manege without doing any exercises at all with the horses. Very bad experiance certainly not worth the price of 16euro.

Watching the Instructor supervising the Class and watching the riders schooling their horses. Good to see 3 female riders. Two of the 7 seats we paid for were double booked. Not good.

It was good to go and see this the building is impressive but I thought we bought tickets to the show not the training so I would recommend getting tickets for the actual show

It’s amazing to see how the horses and trainers are in such harmony. Very impressive hall. Would definitely like to see an actual show

Beautiful horses!

Watching the horses was wonderful. Sound system in the training area is terrible - extremely difficult to understand the speaker. The horses are beautiful - we were hoping for somewhat more of a narration or something to indicate what was going on. This is simply a practice session - each horse/rider doing their own thing, so you are on your own with figuring out what to watch for.

Worth considering when in Vienna.

No need to rush for 10am start. An hour is sufficient for most people it would seem, so after an hour there are plenty of seats. The final hour of practice is not too dissimilar to the first hour. It is enjoyable if one admires horses of course and certainly worth pre booking for the discount.

It’s just a coupon.

Event was great. Very cool. Unfortunately the Viator website does not tell you that they’re only giving you a coupon. It’s really easier just to show up and buy it in person.

A dream come true

I have waited almost 40 years to see the Lipozzan Stallions in the Palace in Vienna. This was truly a dream come true. I have ridden and shown horses for many years and could not take my eyes off of the riders and horses while training. Magnificent! I will be back again, for sure.

Sensational, every horse person should visit to see how training should be ! Watching these magnificent Stallions and their trainers at works was simply awe inspiring.

Inefficient entry system; overcrowding

Long queue to exchange voucher. When eventually got to front found they only had 1 till open instead of 3! Officious staff. And they let far too many people in, making it difficult to move around.

Good for horse lovers

The horse and rider training takes 2 hours and is specifically of interest to horse minded people. If you have nothing with horses the 2 hours of exercise may not be the most exiting. However my wife, who is a horse rider and myself enjoyed the morning. Make sure you buy your tickets in advance and be there half an hour before the training start at 10.00. Otherwise you may have to stand. Seating is limited !

Enjoy watching horses?

We loved the opportunity to see these magnificent animals. We were very confused by aviators direction to obtain tickets. You get the tickets by waiting in the same long line with others who don’t have tickets yet. It went pretty fast once we settled in the line. They sell a huge number each day and it is quite difficult to find a place to see the horses. You need a place to look over the wall so you might have to wait. We went to very top balcony and saw pretty well. The facility was not designed for tourists and they have modified it to allow us to watch training. Each half hour a different group of horses and trainers comes out. Fun to see various skill levels It was a highlight and a change to the museum touring

Don't expect to much, this is not a rehearsal for the show, it is merely the horses exercising individually the various things they do during the show.

It was good to see, but there wasn't enough to keep the peoples attention. It was just them exercising the horses. It lasted about an hour. Buildings and surroundings are amazing. But you would definitely need to book the full show to see the horses display properly in their beautiful surroundings.

Das Gebäude versetzt einem in eine vergangene Zeit. Man kann sich direkt vorstellen wie die Herrschaften früher zugesehen haben. Es hat alles gut geklappt.
