The guide was extremely knowledgeable about the area that we were touring and he was an excellent docent.
He was not aware of what the Viator trip included so we missed two inclusions and one was the highlights of the Polin museum which we wanted to see. We never got there. He did not realize that it was a four hour tour, not three. He did add a destination that was not an inclusion but it was just a photo stop. We ended up touring for four hours but I find it hard to understand that your guides are not knowledgeable about the details of the tours that they are giving. Viator has to do a better job of informing the docent.

Thank you Sandra, I am glad though that we managed to proceed with this short notice booking. We also picked you up from a hotel that was not listed in the offer. Also we will work on improving things you mentioned. Finally, Polin museum exhibition is not listed in the offer as far as it takes 3-4 hours with an audioguide to see it. You did see the museum from the outside as the offer says and were explained the history significance of the near by monuments. Thank you for your booking and visit in Warsaw! :)
